Backroom Brewery is Virginia's first farm brewery nestled in the heart of the Shenandoah River Valley. 

We began as a herb farm, growing culinary and medicinal herbs for the garden center trade. In the fall of 2012, we built our hops field.  After all, hops are the herbs that flavor beer.  By 2013 we were brewing.

Come visit us and enjoy our award-winning beer and delicious food in our Main Taproom and our Big Barn.  At least one of them is always open and both on weekends.
